Almost everyone has experienced this. You’re working on your computer, watching tv, scrolling through your phone, and all of a sudden something goes terribly wrong. The Internet has gone out, your laptop crashed, or your smartphone stopped working for whatever reason. When these problems occur, consumers run to tech support for help, however they can reach them. Usually by phone or by online chatting. Sometimes we’re very grateful for the useful help and at other points, these conversations are a complete waste of time.
However, when the help is less than useful, it is not always tech support’s fault. You will see in this article the technical messes that these consumers have caused and ran to tech support for help to try to solve. Some of the technical mishaps that these employees have seen while on the job are absurd but hilarious at the same time. Even if somebody isn’t a tech master, some technical difficulties are too obvious to not be able to figure out the issue on your own.
