Burn It
How do you take your burger? From rare to well done, everyone has his or her preference. As we have seen so far in this list, some people take it to an even further extreme. Cooking beef is a delicate art- you want the right balance of juicy, tender, and sizzling- so why burn it to pieces?
Certainly, no true chef can give a customer a hockey puck burger. It’s just so wrong. A nice char on the outside, sure! Delicious, even. But burning it through and through, we have to wonder- what on earth is the point of that?
