German Street Ping Pong has excelled itself
Since 2012, a group of HAWK design students has been working on a project called StreetPong to alleviate the frustration of waiting at traffic lights. In StreetPing, players compete against opponents on the other side of the road in a pong-like game. The game’s components were devised and authorized by the city of Hildesheim, Germany, after two years of development. They were officially put in place in November of that year.
To pass the time while waiting for the pedestrian lights to turn green, you can do this and meet someone interesting.
