Step 1: Find shelter
It’s human instinct to look for shelter wherever you can. However, after living in cities for most of our lives, we unintentionally push this instinct to the back of our minds. So, when we venture out into the wilderness, sleeping on the grassy ground isn’t the worst thing in the world, right? It’s a new experience!
Well, you can sleep on the moist ground if you want, but we suggest searching for shelter if you’re out in the wild. If there are no caves in the area, then build your own shelter with whatever branches and leaves are around you. Also, check the ground to make sure your makeshift shelter isn’t sitting atop an anthill.
