#8: Tony Danza Now
After Taxi, Tony Danza became a television staple, starring in the hit sitcom Who’s the Boss?, which cemented his place as one of the most recognizable faces of the 1980s. He later appeared in films, Broadway shows, and even hosted his own talk show.
Still active in acting and music, Danza remains beloved for his approachable charm and authenticity. His Taxi legacy endures as the heart of the show — a reminder that decency, humor, and persistence can shine even in life’s humblest corners.
