Sign me up. I’m not sure how fresh that pasta is if it’s gumming together like that, but the idea is nice. I love a good stroganoff. Upon further reflection, I think I’ll just stick with stroganoff in corn tortillas. That sounds super yummy and a whole lot easier to eat.
