Estonia wedding
In Estonia, it is customary for couples to get married at the Office of National Statistics, which sounds very formal and boring, but its local nickname is a lot more suitable for the happy occasion – Ă•nnepalee, which means “the Palace of Happiness” in local tongue. The bride wears a handmade stitched folk dress and a floral head wreath.
Following the registration at the Palace of Happiness, and on their way to the wedding reception, the guests throw a wedding train parade for the happy couple, called a pulmarong, where the wedding guests drive in a procession behind the newly wed couple.
