The purple Asparagus is extremely healthy due to it’s high levels of anthocyanins which can help prevent heart diseases.

If you don’t know like regular plain Asparagus, why not add it as a pizza topping, or just mix it in as a salad with some peas and a fresh feta-mint dressing?
