An over-achiever
The old Latin phrase goes, “veni, vidi, vici” (I came, I saw, I conquered), attributed to Julius Caesar, has become widely popular over the years, and it still is today, as a phrase of victory and success. As such, it has also become a popular tattoo choice, for people wanting to express their small and large victories in life.
This person, however, didn’t feel like he had too many accomplishments to celebrate – yet – so he felt like only the first part of the phrase applies to him. Before you go on making fun of his tattoo, that seemingly got the spelling of the phrase wrong, you should note it was done on purpose.
