Therapy, much?
Therapy is a much-needed tool for keeping our mental health in tip-top shape, and some of us might find it more useful than others. Either way, there’s no shame in asking for help. Therapists are third party, objective listeners that also provide guidance that we can all use during tough times.
While millennials and younger folks tend to embrace therapy and its benefits, boomers appear to be set in their ways. The generation that probably needs therapy the most will, according to this Twitter user, outright boast about their lack of it. Who needs therapy when you can vent to the priest during confession? That’s the same thing, right?
