Some people are fans of sweet and savory, and we have to say some flavors do mix well together; salty chocoalte, salty caramel and sweet pretzels are some popular food combinations at the moment. Well, this pastry chef took it to the next level and created this Cheez-Its cake: a sweet and savory cake layered with caramel and cheddar, and topped with Cheez-Its!

Would you try this cake? Would you buy this cake for a friend’s birthday? I might buy this to a friend as a joke, but I’m not sure I’m brave enough to try it! I used to be one of these people who tries everything (a curious foodie, if you will), but this sounds like something that might ruin Cheez-Its for me.
