While it makes zero sense to me, someone obviously thought that immortalizing the dab was a good idea. The tattoo itself is pretty awesome, but the Americanized version of the dab needs to be buried in a vault for thousands of years. Sorry, not sorry. As a substitute teacher in 2016, I saw it daily, and it’s permanently seared into my brain.

The move is a reference to several anime films from Japan, one of which is Dragon Ball Z from the 1990s. In 2014, it swept middle schools across America, resulting in grown men tattooing their arms, obviously, only so they can show off their tattoos. Hehe, I wonder if he will regret it in his 40s.
