People can come up with the craziest goals. Someone might want to climb Mount Everest while another wants to be the first man to reach the bottom of the ocean. When this guy told his friends he was going to the North Pole, people doubted that he could. He proved them wrong in extraordinary fashion.
When he made it to the literal North Pole, his friends were astounded to find an actual pole up there. The North Pole doesn’t belong to any nation, but as you can see, many other adventurers have come and stuck flags into the icy surface.
