Who says you can’t find beauty in the simple things? Handwriting – or calligraphy – for example- is considered a form of visual art, although we do it every day and take it for granted. People make a profession out of beautiful handwriting, and we can see why. It’s so simple, yet so elegant, something is captivating about it.

This pi symbol, on the other hand, wasn’t created by a professional calligrapher but by a person who took notes during math class. They happened to write this perfectly proportionate Pi symbol, and they had to put it online—because it’s not every day you draw the “perfect pi,” as some people dubbed it.
