It’s unlikely that you’ve never heard of Ted Bundy, but in case you have not heard the name before, all you need to know is that he was a bad guy. The person who posted this picture was, in a way, related to the notorious criminal. Although this is not something they might be so proud of, I guess it’s a fun fact to share with friends.

This is not something one would be so happy telling people because of the extremely wicked, shockingly evil, and vile things Ted Bundy did and was accused of, but we do see how it’s likely to come up in a conversation or two.
