History is not just something of the past. History has a way of connecting the past to the present and even the future in some cases. Even today, almost everyone has a connection of some sort to historic events and figures. A lot of us don’t necessarily know what our grandparents, great-grandparents, and older ancestors were up to, but the people in this article know all too well. Sometimes, it’s worth knowing your family’s history – you might find something worth sharing with others. The King of Horror
For this one, we’re not going way, way back. This person cannot be classified as a piece of history just yet since Stephen King, the person behind the books It, The Shining, Carrie, and many more, is still alive and kicking. Although if you look at his age and how much his work dates back, you can probably say that he is a part of history.
All the same, living next door to a literary legend must have been pretty cool. Considering it’s Stephen King we’re talking about, it might’ve been a bit frightening, too.
