#26: They’re Not Interchangeable

They both start with “Ground C,” and the colors are almost identical, so it’s easy to see how things got a bit mixed up, but I can’t imagine the result was passable. Cumin is such a distinct flavor and definitely doesn’t belong in cookies. I wonder when they noticed?

This is why you need to read those labels and possibly keep the savory and sweet spices separate in the cabinet. Maybe they can even invest in one of those cute spice racks and use a different system to keep track of their spices! I’d hate for this to happen a second time.
