Remember that whole “baking is a science” thing? Yeah, eggs are essential. Not only are eggs crucial for a yummy and moist dessert, but the structure relies on them for that famous fluffiness. However, I have to admit that I’d probably still be willing to eat these pies. That’s too much chocolate to go to waste.
At least this person knows exactly what they did wrong. While there’s no fix for this one, I’ve learned to lay all my ingredients out on the counter before I get started, and that way, I don’t forget anything. However, I do have to hide the chocolate until it’s time to throw it in because my kids have an awful habit of casually walking by and grabbing a handful.
