Use of Phones in Public
You know the quiet car on Amtrak trains? There is a certain peace and beauty to it, isn’t there? The second you get into another train car you are suddenly hit with a wall of sound from people talking on their phones, playing games, or perhaps the worst sound of all, hearing the soft echo of someone else’s music.
In Japan, these things are considered rude. Very rude. Question is, how can we implement this in the United States? Have you ever been on an airplane and the person across the aisle decided it would be a good idea to play Candy Crush on loud?
