#57: Coffee
When stored properly in a dark, room-temperature place, ground and canned coffee remain fresh for up to two years. If not, it risks becoming harmful. Proper storage is key: after opening, transfer the coffee to an airtight container and keep it in the fridge or freezer to preserve its quality.

As coffee surpasses the two-year mark, it loses flavor and becomes stale. Always inspect the can for mold, as consuming it can cause nausea and vomiting, even in those with strong immune systems. Maintaining vigilance over your coffee’s storage conditions is crucial to ensure its safety and taste.
