#33: Your Slippers
Securing that ultimate snug pair of slippers is a minor triumph. Yet, like all good things, they, too, have a lifespan. Unlike socks, slippers aren’t typically tossed into the wash, leaving them to collect the grit, sweat, and discarded skin our feet shed. This lack of cleaning turns them into a haven for grime over time.

In an ideal world, slippers would be refreshed every six months. Their cuteness or continuing softness aside, the healthiest choice is to welcome a new pair of warm slippers into your home bi-annually. This ensures your feet are comfortable and in a clean, healthy environment.
