Chewy
Cinnamon sticks are found in most kitchen cabinets. Sometimes they are added to things like ciders in order to give them a cinnamon flavor that would otherwise be difficult to incorporate. But chewing on a cinnamon stick is something that has never crossed my mind.
Why not just pop some cinnamon gum? Or add a sprinkle of cinnamon to a warm beverage? Eating cinnamon sticks is just hardcore and feels very misguided. I wonder if this couple is on to something? Cinnamon is loaded with antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. Too much cinnamon though is dangerous- so there is certainly a fine line.
