Anisocoria
Anisocoria is a rare condition characterized by an unequal size of pupils. You might be familiar with this condition from the legendary singer David Bowie, who’s made this one of his many unique trademarks. Bowie had both heterochromia, meaning his eyes were a different color, and anisocoria, which means his pupils were in unequal size.
Unlike heterochromia, anisocoria is a rather common condition, and in most cases, it doesn’t have any side-effects. In fact, twenty percent oh human society has anisocoria in a minor degree. While it can have different causes, Bowie took pride of his oddity and related it to a teenage injury.
