American actress Bella Thorne (22) started her way in the Disney Channel playing CeCe Jones in the sitcom Shake it Up and is now working her way towards an impressive tattoo collection. So far, she has a dozen of them. Most of her tattoos are tiny and dainty, which is why this new tattoo, the actress debuted on Instagram in 2019, caught her fans’ attention.
The tattoo – an intricate, detailed drawing of two women – covers her entire arm, from the shoulder to the palm, and spreads across her elbow. The actress didn’t explain the tattoo, but simply captioned the photo “hi new me.” Some people seem to believe the tattoo isn’t permanent ink, and I guess we’ll have to wait to the next red carpet to see if it’s still in place.
