Back then, teachers were like deities who knew everything and could do no wrong. You didn’t dare question their authority or end up in detention faster than you could say, “the dog ate my homework.” But nowadays, with the internet and all, everyone’s a know-it-all, and teachers are more like glorified Google searchers.
Some parents think their little angels can do no wrong and that it’s always the teacher’s fault when their child fails a test. They believe teachers are just there to babysit their kids and entertain them with PowerPoint presentations! But the truth is, being a teacher is seriously tough work, and they need to be given more respect.
