Film Drunk
It may be shocking today, but for many scenes on Bewitched, when actors were pretending to drink alcohol, they really were! Not only that, but many cast members filmed scenes inebriated. While a lot of directors might not stand for that, it was fairly common on the set of Bewitched.
In fact, there are some fan-made websites out there that document each actor’s scenes that were filmed while drunk. It may be hard to tell when an actor is faking it or really inebriated. Apparently even the producer, William Asher, had his fair share of drunken involvement in the show.
