A Bewitching Theme Song
The bars to the theme song of Bewitched are pretty popular and well known, not to mention easy to get stuck in your head. But lesser known is that fact that the song actually had lyrics written for it as well. While the lyrics are not sung in the opening credits, they were written for the show but nixed later on.
The theme song contained some catchy lines such as, “Bewitched, Bewitched, You’ve got me in your spell. Bewitched, Bewitched, You know your craft so well.” Admit it, you sang it in your head. While it’s hard to imagine the theme song with lyrics now, you’ve got to wonder how the decision came to cut out the words to the song.
